The hotel's location near the metro station was a major benefit. it was within walking distance of Atocha station. A café restaurant staying open until 11 PM catered to my late arrival needs. The staff provided excellent service. They were attentive and promptly addressed all my requests. The hotel's decor was a blend of modern and vintage styles. I found it beautifully displayed.
The curtains did not block the early morning sun completely. A light on the balcony remained on all night.

the staff was helpful enough, i guess, pointing me to the metro.
My double or twin room terrace was not good at all. the shower had very low water pressure. It barely worked. also, the noise from the street at night kept me awake. I could hear everything.

i appreciated the attentive staff, especially Monica at the front desk. she was SO cute and helpful . the location IS convenient, with the Delicias Metro station just across the street, offering easy access to the city.

I found the staff friendly. They provided extras, such as razors and toothpaste. The hotel sits close to a subway station. This allowed easy access around the city.
